Is the villa I am renting the one that is photographed?

The specific property you see in full detail on our website is the property you will be renting. The photographs are updated anually and any new renovations are noted. We believe that this is the only way to ensure your complete satisfaction with your accommodation.

Making a Reservation Online

With the Aquamarine Escape online reservation system you are able to:
•    Make Reservations and  Deposit Online
•    Request Special Services 
•    Request an Early/Late Arrival and/or Departure Time

What is required to make a reservation?

When you find the property of your choice you can either make the reservations online or call us at 1-954-522-6686. To confirm the reservation, one of our agents will call you and request all of your information to create a profile in our system.  Depending on what property you book, we will confirm you’re dated and provide you with a complete Aquamarine Escapes Booking Agreement.   The 50% payment will be required within 7 days of the reservation by wire or check. The remaining balance is processed or wired 60 days prior to check-in. 

When is check-in & check-out time?

Most properties will be available for Check-in at 4:00. An early check-in can be coordinated for an additional fee. If the property has a check-out the day of your arrival we will not be able to coordinate an early check-in.
Check out time is 11:00 am (10:00am for 3-bedroom units). A vacation home requires more time to clean than a hotel room.

Do you offer Travel Insurance?

You are a valued guest and we want to do everything possible to make your trip enjoyable and worry free. Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you are away from home, we recommend Travel Guard Guest Cancellation Insurance Plan. Cancellation and No Refund Policy

Cancellation after confirmation of booking results in forfeiture of any and all collected money, except the guest's security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable) if full payment has been made. However, after cancellation for any reason, if a portion of the rental time is re-booked at the same rate, a pro-rata refund will be made for those dates re-booked. All refunds of rental services payments, whether complete or pro-rata, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid.

How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from Aquamarine Escapes?

All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email. To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domain mauigoldcondos.com to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a reservation confirmation including directions and arrival instructions via email within minutes of making your reservation.  If you have not received these emails, please contact us at 954-522-6686.

Is there shopping nearby?

Yes, there are many shops and restaurants within 2 miles of most of our properties.

How many people are allowed to stay in each home?

Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Please check the occupancy information provided for the unit you are interested in.

Is there a fully equipped kitchen in all vacation condos?

Yes, every villa has a fully equipped kitchen including:

Refrigerator, stove (except studios), microwave, dishwasher (except studios), blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, and dust pan. Studio units do not have a stove or oven, just small convenience kitchenettes with microwave.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, there are linens and towels provided in each villa. All bedding is provided and towels are supplied, including beach towels.

Are the vacation condos cleaned daily?

No, the vacation home is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request a Mid-stay Clean at an additional charge.. A Mid-stay Clean includes: changing linens and towels, cleaning all bathrooms, kitchen area, vacuum and dusting, sweeping and mopping and refreshing your starter paper products.

Are there cleaning supplies?

Basic cleaning supplies are provided, and there is a washer/dryer,  mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum, dishwasher,  iron and ironing board in the property. There are starter paper products, however you will be responsible for replenishment thereafter.

Are the properties Non-Smoking?

Yes, all of our properties are strictly Non-Smoking. 

Villa Standards

All of our properties are exceptional and are amongst the nicest units being offered in their respective areas.. We do NOT offer any "budget", "standard" or “island-casual” units in our inventory.
